Yes!
The extension process is not too complicated, but USCIS denies them easily and very often if you don't follow the legal guidelines carefully. Your desire to visit schools across the country is a great place to start, but please be careful to not make it seem like you have already decided to stay in the U.S. indefinitely. A recent client of mine made that mistake and was denied twice before contacting my office for help. Luckily, I got her the 6-month B-2 extension, just in time!
You are more than welcome to contact me for assistance, and hopefully, I can help you get the same results. My legal fees for B-2 extensions are reasonable and I am known to handle cases with last-minute filing deadlines.
I can be reached at (212) 252-2125 or via email at
[email protected]. You are also invited to schedule a complimentary and confidential in-person attorney consultation at my office in Midtown, NYC, at your convenience.
Best of luck!
Sincerely,
