I am applying to be a us resident through my husband with a H1B visa expired There is a CO Care of part 1 form I-485? What do I need to answer? I also worked just a little ( free lance not much but I fill out w2 and file joined taxes with US citizen husband. What do I need to say? I want to do the right thing!! Thanks a lot!!
