A CCH will show any charge for which you were arrested. I do not know if the State Police will run a multi-state NCIC for you. They will run your in-state CCH. Any police department can run a multi-state but they are not permitted to run one for you.

You can contact the Hoboken police or the state police (while they can run you through the national NCIC database they wount give it to you - on your NJ criminal history). If you feel you need a broader search you can contact the FBI to run a III check on you.
