Can I Sue a nail Salon if they practice lashes with NO LICENSE

I Went an got service on my lashes. The next day I realized it couldn't been lash glue on my lashes. I've been getting my lashes done for almost 8 yrs an never experience hard lashes stuck to my Eye lid . Went back I was told when needed to remove come back. He could not get them off with the burning solutions he was using. He started to cut an RIP ED out my Lashes with the False Lashes . An then proceed to Put me Out the salon. :( I Have a wedding that I'm in ,in 2weeks He knew this an still proceed Harm me . Can I sue the salon ?
