A useable amount can be a tiny amount of meth or any other drug. It's more than residue most DA's will argue it is a useable amount and the police will back them up. Having done Prop 36 once, if you have committed not other crimes you should be able to doit again.

Any more than the tiniest bit of residue and they will usually charge it. However, if you are prop 36 eligible, you can go to trial and get prop. 36, whether you win or lose at trial. So, best to take it to trial. Prior participation in Prop. 36 will not affect a new case. I handle drug cases in Sonoma County. Feel free to contact me about your case. Good luck to you.
