Fraudulent Item Uncovered - Appraisal Inflated 460% - Statutes of Limitations Mortgage Lending Fraud

Business 2 views 1 answers
I am dealing with a mortgage fraud issue and have had some experts review my appraisal. All have stated that my appraisal is 460% inflated to which I can get a report and/or affidavit or other evidence (also have the appraisal itself) The escrow closed May of 2007, but I am just being made aware of the fraudulent acts committed against me now. I would like to take the appraiser to small claims court to have the appraisal fee returned to me. What is the statutes of limitations on something like this? I have heard that fraud doesn't have any, but then have to prove a fraud case. I just want my appraisal fee returned due to the act of artificially inflating the appraisal. I didn't get what I was paying for which was an unbiased and FAIR and honest appraisal.
