What is a gold sheet in RFE? Can i send doc without Gold Sheet?

I filed for an EAD I-765 application. USCIS had sent scanned PDF Request to Additional Evidence via email. They have told to attach Gold Sheet with the evidence documents and send the response. I didnt recieved it yet. What do you suggest? I already lost more than half waiting time. Do i send the documents without gold sheet? Will that affect the case? Please help me.

The "gold sheet" that you are referring to is probably the original "yellow" RFE.

It is the first page of the RFE. It needs to go on top of your response. You should retain an experienced immigration lawyer to review all the facts and advise you accordingly.
