My brother and I do not speak and he has manipulated my mother for years hence the bad blood for years against me, I took care of her for 7 years and had to move out of state because I lost my job and she wouldnt let me store my belongings in her empty 2 car garage or stay with her because my brother told her no and I had to leave.. I wanted to visit her end of February ( my birthday ) when she contracted Jaundice where my brother took her down to Tucson, ( mother lives in Sun City ) and after driving over 14 hours from Denver, was told I was not allowed to visit because my brother said I wasnt allowed to step foot into his house and Mom wasnt allowed to leave the house by my brothers orders.Mom never drove and I was devastated and started doing some checking...What can I do?

You need to sit down with an Arizona attorney about whether you can seek a conservatorship or guardianship for your mother. A conservatorship is about her money and business affairs. A guardianship is about her "person", such as her heath care. Someone could be appointed as both. You will have to evaluate what facts you have to seek an involuntary order. This will not be a nice process, but if you can prove that your mother needs to have a disinterested third-party (likely a public fiduciary rather than one of her family members) help her, then the court will step in. Once the fiduciary is appointed, that fiduciary could evaluate whether to challenge the deed that was signed and recorded.
