a doctor lied & said my husband had a uti when he actually had the clap. He lied to me when of course I came in with it...can I sue him? Can I press charges on my husband for harming my health?

Your husband has probably committed an assault on you, though that may well be dependent upon the specifc laws in South Dakota (in Texas, this would be an assault).
