OK, in order:
CAPIAS ORDERED - This means an arrest warrant was issued because the Defendant failed to appear in Court as previously ordered. When the Defendant is found, s/he will be arrested by the police and taken to jail. The Defendant will remain in jail until the next time the Judge is on the Bench and the Court is in session. The police or sheriff's deputies will bring the Defendant to Court to explain why s/he did not appear as previously ordered. the Judge will make a ruling about bond, ranging from "No Bond" to a cash/surety (bail bondsman) bond or a 10% bond (payable to the Clerk of Courts) or an "OR" or "own recognizance" bond.
NRV DEFENDANT NOTICE SENT - All this means is that someone from the Clerk's Office, presumably with the initials "NRV", sent the Defendant a formal written notice indicating that a capias was issued for the Defendant's arrest when s/he failed to appear in Court as previously ordered.
NRV STATE NOTICE SENT - Just like the above listing, all this means is that someone from the Clerk's Office, presumably with the initials "NRV", sent the Prosecutor a formal written notice indicating that a capias was issued for the Defendant's arrest when s/he failed to appear in Court as previously ordered.
The bottom line is that the Defendant needs to turn him/herself into the authorities and arrange his/her lawyer appearing at Court when the Defendant is brought back before the Judge.
I hope this answers your questions. Good luck with the case and beyond!
