Last Name of wife changed from her Maiden name to my Last Name. How to change title on Home?

We were married in 2002, bought a home in 2008, Last Month my wife changed her last name to my last name during the Naturalization process. SSN, Drivers license and other records were updated. How do we change her last name on the Mortgage, Title of the property and Tax records of the county. The loan on this is on a joint account and when I call the bank they are not sure and ask me to call the title company which in asks me to call the Bank. Thanks in advance.
The truth is that there really may be no good reason to do this at all. I agree that a quitclaim deed may do the trick on record title, but you would likely need to do a modification of the mortgage to change it there.
Practically speaking, if you ever sell the home, the title agent at that time will handle it by having your wife provide an affidavit that she - with her married name - is the same person she was with her maiden name. Companies may call it some kind of certification or a "name affidavit" or a "one and the same affidavit."
It may save headache and $ to leave it alone. If your lender says you HAVE to do it, then let them drive the bus (sounds like they don't really care, though).
Check with a real estate lawyer to be sure, but I think this is going to be a two-part process. First, you'll need to talk to the mortgage company and ask them to change the name on the loan by showing them the documents she has. Next, you'll need to do a quit-claim deed from you and your wife (under her old name) to you and your wife (under her new name).

contact the lender and the clerk and show them the new name as stated on her driver license or naturalization card. They should just add the name as "now known as............"
