Can i get my passport back if my court day after 1,5 year? No or can i get something like resident card? No or something to work? Depends on the relief, if any, you are applying for. You need to retain an experienced immigration lawyer to review all the facts and handle the case.

ICE has rules and procedures about how they handle foreign documents (your passport). You may be able to get it back from them if they do not need it for any reason and are not required to return it to your embassy. An attorney would be able to tell you, depending on the circumstances of your case. You are not usually able to get work authorization unless you have filed an application that allows you to get it. Again, an attorney would be able to help you figure out if you qualify.

In my experience I have never seen ICE give a passport back when a court date is pending. As to whether you can get a resident card - no. There is nothing of that sort to get. an employment card, however, may be possible depending upon some of the details of your case and hence the type of relief you are seeking. I cannot stress how important it is for you to retain an attorney so that they can help you to mitigate the immigration system ESPECIALLY since you are in proceedings. Best of luck.
