What are the documents and guidelines for a strong L1A Application?

Greetings, Our company is interested in bringing an overseas executive to expand our product to the South - East. He also happens to be a minority shareholder in the company, and has been with the company since inception. Are there any resources on the Web where we could get a good idea about general guidelines and documentations required. We've met a few attorney's who've provided us with their own suggestion for the same, but it would really helpful if there is a comprehensive resource available, which we could refer to as and when necessary.

A business plan is a must. The parent company's detailed financial statements are also required. A presentation letter and the executive's resume need to be highlighted. The American Immigration Lawyer Association shares with us, members, some great information and tools. I hope that you consult with an experienced immigration attorney. ---------------------------------------- This email was sent by: , Inc. 1501 4th AveSuite 1900 Seattle, WA, 98101-1588, USA We respect your right to privacy - visit the following URL to view our policy.
