Can I pre pay the child support due to my 15 year old son between now and the time he turns 18
The mother is willing to accept poayment in full and put the money in an interest bearing account to come out weekly.

Sure, you can prepay your child support. The usual reasons child support isn't prepaid (other than affordability) is that, essentially, child support is an interest-free debt and that child support is subject to furture modification, but no law prevents you from prepayment.
