Doctor medicine prescription unnecessary diagnosis, not based on extensive testing just assumptions.

doctor prescribed to an 8 year old blood pressure meds based on 1 urine test that showed protein. The ADA suggests that extensive testing for at least 1-3 months gets done before diagnosis of blood pressure and prescribing meds to adults, I imagine its more sensitive testing for kids. my daughter has has very bad side effects which of course the doctors won't admit that were caused by the blood pressure meds. She developed one of the most rare side effects that are listed in the manufacturers booklet, near fatal conditions, thank God she pulled thru, but she is still suffering from damage that was done

Are you asking whether you have a potential medical malpractice claim against the dr. who prescribed the blood pressure medication to your daughter? If so, you should obtain your daughter's records from this physician and consult with a medical malpractice attorney in your geographic area. The attorney will need to obtain an expert opinion from a dr. in a similar field of medical practice who is willing to state that the dr. who prescribed the meds to your daughter deviated from the proper standard of care required of a physician faced with same/similar scenario and the deviation caused the damages to your daughter from which you claim she now suffers.
