Can I get a visa for attending a court room hearing ?

Im using a debt collection attorney for collecting a small business debt of USD 3500. The defendants attorney says that I would need to come to US to testify since there was no formal contract. I was denied a B1 visa 2 years ago when I applied for it, since then never applied. Now if the court decides that I have to be there to testify, would I be able to get a visa ?

We would need additional information on why your visa was denied. I would provide the Consulate with proof that oyu are required to testify at a hearing such proof may include a letter from your attorney, subpoena from the court or opposing counsel evidencing the date that you are required to testify.

You could try to apply again/ You will need to show ties to your home country and a reason why you need to testify now
