We live in Colorado, we have one year old daughter, and i have e-mails , pictures and western union orders to prove that he is in relationship with this girl from Romania since day we got married, maybe even before. He said that i better keep it quite because i want get any alimony, and just about 500 for child support, he is making right now 76k, and i am not working. What can i actually get from him ? Can i get some sort reimbursement for money he spend in secret during our marriage it would be about 30K, he was working in Iraq, now all our savings are gone. How much alimony i can get if any because he doesn't agree of divorce because of his fault, and how much child support ?

This answer is complicated (as it involves some formulas and legal arguments), but in theory, you will be entitled to alimony (wild guess $1500 per month) and child support (wild guess $800 per month). You DEFINITELY need an attorney who will need more information from you before being able to tell you what you might get. You have many rights to alimony and child support (especially before your child is 30 months old). Have you filed for divorce yet? Culver 303-345-3508
