My home owners association dues include my Internet, Cable and Phone

My association dues include my Internet, Cable and Phone. Recently the cable shut off because of non payment from the association. I can never get an answer from the cable company or the association. What can I do. I would like to pay for my own services, but don't want to pay the dues for which i am not getting any services from.(HOA)

It sounds like your services are bundled with your HOA fee. You need to go in person to your HOA office and try to get an answer about this or try a regularly scheduled board meeting. Since your HOA sends you a bill, they must have staff and therefore cannot hide indefinitely.
