I was issued a ticket to appear in court for a misdemeanor possession of marijuana charge. I got a lawyer and we entered a written plea of not guilty. I opted to do a pre trial intervention program and the case was dismissed when I completed the program. Can i send in my paper work with out worrying about complications?
