Can you convert a TN Visa to H1B VISA?
I am a Canadian citizen and presently employed but would like to move to another company who can sponsor an H1B Visa. It is a full time employment

If you meet the qualifications for an H-1B, and the employer is offering you a position that meets the requirements for an H-1B, then yes, you can change status. Note, however, that the earliest you can be in H-1B status is October 1, 2012.
