I am outside the US and I previously reschedule an interview appointment which have been rescheduled on 05-01-2012 but now I am still outside the united states and I have a plane ticket for 5-15-2012. Please, could I reschedule appointment to a different date or not?

This is a question for the USCIS not a private immigration attorney. I suggest you contact them ASAP. Send a copy of your itenerary and request that they change the scheduled interview. Some offices will have no probles with rescheduling a second time. Other offices have a policy against it. You can only make request and see if they will grant it.

You can try.. but at some point USCIS can say no and deny the case It is up to them www.immigrate2usa.com

In my experience USCIS only reschedules once and then they like to deny the case for abandonment. But I have seen them do it twice. So you can try and see what they say, but it would be better if you could show up at the interview.
