I am trying to file my divorce in Las Vegas and I have lived here 3 month so far.
Is there any regal from the Resident Witness, in order to file divorce in Las Vegas NV.
I couldn't find the form for the witness. if there is no such a formal form that I suppose to use the can I just write the on the piece of paper then get signature from witness ?
second, in case of uncontested divorce , the witness who signed need to go court with me?
There is a form. If you cannot find it on a website, try the self-help center. The court will not accept just a piece of paper, and the legal document must be notarized. Unless there is a residency question, the form is usually enough and the witness does not need to attend court.
