How long does it take to get dismissal of divorce?
I have filed my divorce case CA few month ago and I need to dismiss the case.
what is the process of canceling the divorce case.
and how long does it take to be effected?

If the other party has not been served or has not filed a response, it can be dismissed almost instantly by filing a Request for Dismissal with the clerk. If the other side has filed a response, it will take a stipulation, along with the Dismissal form. In either case it can be done either right away or within a few days.

If there was no answer filed, and you are seeking a voluntary dismissal, I'm sure the court can accomplish this very quickly.
