I'm a resident alien with CU-6 category, I am petitioning my wife who is in Cuba. We have a 9 year old ( I am the father), should I file 2 separate petitions or can I just petition my wife ?

Separate petitions. I believe as a CU6 you do not have to do the i130 but can go straight to the i485.
