I filed an injuction for protection against domestic violence because my ex-boyfriend kept harrassing me. Do I need a lawer?

He kepy calling and texting, leaving voicemails, and then car was vandalized. I have proof of the calls, text, voicemails & filed a police report for the scrape on my car. Do I have a strong case? He retained an attorney should I do the same?

Absolutely! If he has retained counsel, he intends on agressively challenging this matter. I don't know how strong your case is because I haven't read the texts or heard the voicemails. But if he has a lawyer, it probably would be wise for you to have a lawyer, also.
