Served a 10 day notice to comply for expressing an opinion to complex associate. How do I comply?

I parked in a spot that could arguably be considered a parking stall in a very cramped, everyone's fighting for a spot, parking lot. I had seen numerous vehicles parked in this very spot countless times. The lines painted on the ground clearly indicate it could be for a motorcycle or small vehicle which applies to me. I have parked there at least thirty times in the past without incident. I found this time, a 4x7 sticker on my driver's side window that I cannot remove! Upon contacting the leasing office about the vandalism, I was drawn into an argument about parking. I talk loud as I am hard of hearing, I told them the remodel of the lot was stupid. I got home to find a 10 day compliance notice stating I was abusive and discriminative to office staff. How do I comply? Is there a form?
There is a great case on the first amendment in the context of evictions. It is the Port of Longview v somebody, at least years ago. The way to respond to this 10-day is to not once communicate with staff for the next ten days unless it is in writing. There is no form, just comply.
Also see RCW 59 18 020, that says all parties to residential rental agreements must conduct themselves in good faith. Without commenting on the parking lot design and knowing nothing about the staff or anything else related to your matter, you simply have to decide whether the rent you pay is worth being treated like this. Is this the argument that you want to risk your housing for? They *could* evict you. It would be messy and expensive and I don't know whether an attorney would support this notice, or not. But there is a case out there where a tenant was ordered to stay away from his residence because his conduct was out of control and the management got an anti-harassment order which effectively terminated the tenancy.
This case is an outlier, but my point is it could happen.
Hope this helps. Elizabeth Powell
