Anything that would tend to show you are providing more than one half of the support for a dependent. It really does not matter about the tax return showing head of household, as the law in Florida is head of family, meaning providing more than one half of the support for a dependent. When you go to the hearing if the head of family exemption is granted, be careful what you agree to. You can agree to still be garnished up to $750 I believe. I would advise you to not sign anything without having someone review it to be sure you are not signing an agreement to still be garnished.
