I am a small business owner and need an attorney to draft the terms and conditions and disclaimers, to be posted on my website, since my business is prone to fraudulent buyers and sellers, so to prevent against losses due to these reasons, I MUST have an attorney design this for me. I can also use some help with copyrighting the content and images on the website. How much will this cost me?? and how much time does this normally take? any references?

Nobody on here is going to be quick to give THEIR thoughts on what SOMEBODY ELSE might charge for legal services. Hiring a lawyer is not like buying a certain make and model of car... everybody is a little different. I'd suggest you look through the attorney directories on here. Call a few lawyers and give them the details. I'm sure you'll be able to find somebody to help you.

What your website needs depends on what it's got, so you do really need to contact lawyers individually to provide more information about what your website offers and what you think it needs. Existing federal law already provides websites with immunity from copyright infringement lawsuits if they have a compliant DMCA policy and from defamation liability for user generated content, but does your site need a privacy policy? A policy to accommodate use by minors? Have you cleared your trademark and domain name for conflicts? Is your business entity formed to provide you with adequate protection? Have you got liability insurance? You can try using 's "Find a Lawyer" search function to find IP lawyers.
