How can I get my probation reduced in PA?

2 views 2 answers
I did something stupid, got 4 charges, and I've served something like 3 years of probation, with only 1 left, and now I really want to get off, so I can get a head start on what God has asked me to do. I made a promise to commit my life, but I'm worried that I've waisted too much of my time doing nothing. My friend told me about some program where I can reduce my sentance by serving the rest of it in jail. I need to do what God wants; I can't be late in paying this vow. Oddly enough, it was that I would stay out of jail that I promised I would dedicate my life, but now I'm wasting time. I've essentially exchanged 1 year of prison for 4. Thank you.

You will need to file a Motion to Terminate probation and have a hearing before the judge that sentenced you. An experienced local lawyer would help.
