Do I fill out FL 180, the judgment form or leave it for the clerk to complete?

I think the FL 180 form is the last step of process? If so do I need to fill it out or this form usually filled out by the clerks office?

You do need to fill out the form. Leave the date judgment is entered blank and the court will add that date. Best of luck to you. Fill it out to the extent that you have information available that you can enter. The Clerk or Court will fill out the rest.

You will have to fill out FL-180 along with all the applicable attachments i.e., if there is any child custody, support, visitation, spousal support or property division issues, you will have to use the appropriate attachment. See a lawyer, or a paralegal for assistance or you will get free assistance from your local self-help center
