Are brass knuckles and police batons illegal in NY state.

HI I the police recently confiscated my brass knuckle belt buckle, yes a belt buckle. I bought it at the mall and a police baton. I live in NY state and was wondering if they can now charge me with posession of an illegal weapon. I haven't gone to court yet.

Brass knuckles and police batons are illegal in many states whether they are concealed or not. You need a NY attorney to help you through the law on this one. In my state (CA) they are illegal but I don't know about NY.
