Commercial notice 60 day or 30 day notice?
If I have a commercial building and I want to get rid of the tenants, is there such thing as a 60 day notice if they have been there longer than a year?

No, Civil Code section 1946.1(b) only applies to a month-to-month residential tenancy.
Presumably, there is a commercial lease in effect. In virtually all commercial leases, the lease provisions control termination.
