I agree with Mr. Ladd. It will show up in Georgia if you had a Georgia Driver's License when you received that ticket and plea guilty to that charge. If so, look into getting the prosecutor to drop the charge to something lesser, or hire an attorney to get it dropped, as 4 points is only one less than a DUI and will affect your insurance. On the other hand, if you had a California driver's license when you got the charge and have since gotten a Georgia License, it may not report. However, you should see if you can resolve it in California under better terms to avoid problems here and there.
Some of the best DUI lawyers are in Georgia. You should consult with one of them. I had the reverse situation and was able to establish that a Georgia DUI was not the same as a California DUI and therefore shouldn't count as a prior DUI in California. A Georgia lawyer can tell you if a "wet" reckless will affect your Georgia license or whether a Caifornia DUi will. This is something that a skilled lawyer will help you sort out.
i am not sure what you mean. Almost nobody is charged with a wet reckless. That usually comes up as a plea instead of a DUI charge. So, when you say it is pending, do you mean you have already plead to the wet reckless and are on probation?
In any case, every State is supposed to refelct on its records any actions taken against your driver's license by another State. Having said that, most States never find out about actions in other States because they do not bother to check.
