My I-589 ( asylum application ) has been sent back to me Saying it's incomplete ! please help me if you can. Appreciated !

I sent the I-589 application which is sent back to me after being rejected as it was incomplete. Anyway, They sent me a Notice of Action for Form I-589 application. there is an X in one of the box under the category of Dependent's Portion. the X is for ( You must provide 2 natural color photos for each dependent included in you request for asylum. The photos must conform to the instructions for Form I-589 ( specific instructions for photos begin on page 7). I don't have dependents at all. my wife is an American Citizen, and i sent a picture of her. There is no X in any other boxes except the one i just mentioned. So, Please, tell me what to do? and how to fix it ? I do really appreciate your time and answers as well !

The best thing you can do for yourself is hire an attorney to file it. If you are having trouble even getting them to accept it probably is a sign you need professional help in filing. Otherwise, follow the instructions. It is really hard to give the specific advise regarding the question you are asking without viewing the application.
