Hi..i received my EAD category 11 on feb. 12, 2012. I was wondering if i could apply for permanent residence before it expires.

i was adopted by US citizen when i was 15 yrs old but my paper was not process to apply for greencard. Now i am still living here on Saipan. I am 33 yrs old now with two daughters who are both US citizen. I was issued an EAD category 11 on feb 12, 2012 and it expires on feb 16, 2013. I was wondering if i could apply for permanent residence (green card) before it expires. thanks so much!!
