Teenage daughters friend minor wrecked my car. Car only had liability coverage. How do I get re imbursed for my loss?

Teenage boy age 17, had no valid license and says my daughter loaned him the car. She states he took it and wrecked it. Witness states boy took car without permission. Filed a stolen car report in which both kids were questioned and it stated the above. Boy was at fault in accident. How do I recover the cost of my vehicle which was totaled and protect myself
