Is there a sample letter to request payment for medical bills that are court ordered?

We have a court order to pay 50% of all Medical bills. He hasnt paid anything and I have paid them all. I would like to enforce the reimbursement of the half he owes.

You don't really need anything special. Just write the other party asking for payment pursuant to the decree, and enclose copies of the bills so they can see how you came up with the figure. You can send it by certified mail if you believe they will claim they never received the letter or copies of bills.
