Does anyone know a good car accident attorney in Staten Island or New York area?
A 19 year old girl ran a stop sign an hit my trucks passanger side rear wheel and sent me in a full circle on two wheels almost flipping my truck over i was told by a witness that told cops everything. My truck was totalled and I had 2 surguries caused by the accident, one being my right shoulder, I had several tears in the rotator cuff, and the second was my right knee. I also suffered with 4 bulging disc and 2 pinched nerves in my neck (cervical spine) and 3 bulging disc in my lower back (lumbar spine). Ive been going to physical therapy for 8 months now and still have major neck and back problems. The insurance company wants to settle with a small settlement because of underinsured car insurance. And my lawyer wants to sue my insurance for another small settlement. Can i sue personally
