Our dental school pulled the wrong tooth. What should we do?

My daughter is 10 and has attended this clinic since she was 2. She needs orthodontic work, needed primaries removed, but the student removed, then had to implant the wrong tooth. They have offered to not charge for future procedures and discount her orthodontics.

You can find a dental malpractice lawyer to pursue a claim against them for pulling the wrong tooth. I'm sorry, but our firm doesn't handle dental malpractice, but you can search 's "find a lawyer" for a malpractice lawyer in your state to obtain representation. You need to make an appointment with the HR department to inform them of this situation . You may read more about sexual harassment on my website. The answer does not create an attorney/client relationship and is for informational purposes only. Lassen Law Firm 1515 Market St #1510 Philadelphia, PA 19102 http://www.InjuryLawyerPhiladelphia.com

Consult with a lawyer right away, even before requesting records, and even before having any further conversations or communications with anyone "on the other side." This would include all at the dental school, any risk managers, administrative personnel, any insurance representatives, any doctors or dentists. Everything can have an influence on ultimate outcome. This does not translate to any necessity of litigation, but it is of great importance to not prejudice any potential successful outcome.
