Admissability of recorded conversation one state to another state in court WA

After numerous conversations with my property management I felt it necessary to record my conversation. Unbeknown to him, I had the phone on speaker phone and 2 additional witness at my end of the conversation. I did get both of the witnesses consent to record my conversation, even though their sole purpose was to witness, not speak in this conversation. The question comes to mind is that I recorded this conversation in foriegn country where I was visiting at the time, the manager knew the location that I was at when i called him. In the country where the recording took place it is legal to record phone conversation with the consent of all parties. I am sueing the mngr in WA state for illegal behaviour. Can this tape be admitted into court in WA since it was recorded in legally in WA I need to make a correction here..It is legal to record a conversation in the country where the recording was made. WA requires consent of all, but the recording did not take place in WA. Also note that one of the witnesses did not record conversation but only listened to conversation via 3 way call/speakerphone, I place phone on speakerphone, she was party to the conversation and wrote down what she heard as it was spoken as it was spoken. She was aware of the recording at my location as the phone used to call is a phone used for business that records all conversations. So the call was legally recording in Europe but I am trying to determine is it would be admissiable under federal law to be used in WA court since it was legal at the time and location the recording was made. The call itself was an international phone call.

I believe Washington like Illinois and California's laws prohibits the recording of communications unless all parties to the conversation consent. See my Legal Guide Recording Conversations in Illinois http://www.attorneyqna.com/legal-guides/ugc/recording-conversations-in-illinois You need a lawyer because I do not practice in WA (I am in Chicago, IL). Check with a lawyer in your locale to discuss more of the details. Twelve states like Illinois require all party consent to record. The statutes are at this link: http://apps.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=9.73 . Violators can end up in jail. See RCW 9.73.080 (Penalties). Good luck to you. Again, check with a lawyer in your locale. NOTE: This answer is made available by the out-of-state lawyer for educational purposes only.
