I am a pro se on a civil case. My ex re open divorce case to change the separation of marital assets. using a bunch of lies to manipulate the case. I dont have funds to pay an attorney to take the full case but I wished I could have some one to help.

Same way you do it as a lawyer would. If you're in pro per, you're responsible for handling your case. Send a subpoena to the place you want the records from and review the local rules of procedure as to how to proceed. To advise you how to fill out the subpoena, would be tantamount to legal advice.
