I have a Baiid and I have 4 violations total but they are on two separate MDDPs does my permit still get canceled?

I had a Baiid installed in my car. I got two violations under one MDDP which extended my SS. When my original SS was up I received a new MDDP with a different number and subsequently got two more violations. Are they going to seize my car? Or do these two violations count separately since it's a new permit?

Each violation contiunes to add up. The fact that they happen across to MDDPs (unless they were for 2 different DUI cases) does not matter.

A third violation requires the SOS to report it to the State's Attorney It's then up to him whether or not to impound your vehicle for 30 days. On a fourth violation, they can seize and sell it.
