How do I find out the status of my discharge online?
I filed for bankruptcy in March and went to court in April. How do I find out the status of my discharge. I have not received any papers yet.

Filings in Federal Court are now done online, and case information can be viewed (for a cost) on PACER by visiting (pacer.psc.uscourts.gov). You will need to create an account to view your case information. Depending on the chapter of your bankruptcy will depend upon the time to discharge. In a Chapter 7 case you will probably receive your discharge in approximately 120 days from filing, and in a chapter 13 case between 36 to 60 months from filing.

Your attorney should be able to tell you more. But not enough time has elapsed from the dates you gave for a discharge to happen. It can't happen until after 60 days from the 341 hearing date, and may not happen until after that.
