To find a good lawyer in your state, its best to ask those in your locale who have previously been charged with crimes which attorneys they liked best and would recommend. If that doesn't work, then call your local and/or state Bar Association and ask them who heads up the Criminal Defense Committee in their Association.
Once you have at least three names, make appointments and interview each of them and determine which one you and, more importantly, your husband, feels comfortable with. Always make sure (especially with a sexually related case) that the attorney is comfortable with that type of case as well. If they react with shame or judgment against your husband, find another attorney, even if its from out of town. Make sure you find someone who is willing to mount a strong defense, regardless of how they may personally feel about the case or your husband.
Good luck.

No one can know what the record is in the case because online we cannot find out any details. You need a lawyer. Check with a lawyer in your locale to discuss more of the details.
Good luck to you.
God bless.
