I am marrying a foreigner who will be sponsored by his sister since I cannot on my income. If he lives with me but has no income will I lose my benefits? Will his sister's income be counted as mine?

You are right to wonder if SSI is dependent on household income. Because it is a needs-based program, the Social Security Adminstration does take into account money that is earned by a spouse. However, in your case, if your husband would not have an income, it will not affect your current SSI benefits. His sister's income will have no bearing on your benefits.
