My fiance purchased a engagement ring from agape diamonds. A company online. I have had the ring since May 10 2012.

On June 8th 2012 one month later we had to return the ring for repair since one of the small diamonds on he backside of the ring had fallen out. So we returned it at the cost of 29.00 "money order"that they requested plus my cost of 11.00 shipping. I just received the ring Monday June on 25th and 2 days later another diamond has fell out. I am totally dissatisfied with the product and am looking for a full refund. I have included the links of their term and conditions and waranty. According to their policy do I have any recourse at all? Does this fall under the lemon law? Even though they are willing to repace the stone, it will cost me 40.00 everytime I need to return it. http://www.diamondslabcreated.com/lifetime-warranty http://www.diamondslabcreated.com/return-policy

Congratulations on your engagement. The Lemon law is for vehicles. Still, you could have a way to recoup your money. What you're asking is tantamount to legal advice and answerers are intended to be general in nature. My suggstion: call a contracts or consumer lawyer in your area as to how to proceed. There are several on and many offer free consultations.
