What can I do to obtain my drivers license back?
I have numerous charges in 4 counties,dating back to 1991. With fines and cost that I can't afford to pay. I draw disability and live at my mothers collecting food stamps.

You need to contact the TN Department of Safety to obtain a reinstatement report. It will list the steps you need to take to get a license. You may be able to settle or enter agreements with the counties to pay off the fines and costs. Otherwise your driving privileges will not be restored.

You may be able to get on a payment plan on at least some of the fines, but probably not the DUI. I attached a link explaining this option.
