Connecticut- is there a statute of limitations on a divorce settlement

My husband 's divorce in Connecticut has a court ordered settlement that was to be paid by his ex-wife to him by July 30, 1990. This was not paid. Is there a statute of limitations on this divorce settlement signed by a judge?

I am sorry that you are going through this. Your divorce agreement should remain in tact for as long as necessary unless a portion of it became a contract claim which may have a statute of limitations, however check which portion you are concerned with and if it remains within the jurisdiction of the probate court/ family court then you have a strong argument that it is still active. take care and I hope that things work out.
