I want to seperate/divorce my Navy husband on sea duty. Possible?
Husband claims he cannot sign legal papers while on sea duty.

Your husband can either hire a lawyer to represent him or waive his rights under the Servicemembers Civil relief act even if he is deployed. People on sea duty get divorced all the time. if you file and he wants to delay the proceedings, he may be able to do so, however.
