Can I rent out my house when there are a few liens on it?
There are currently three liens on my house. Am I legally permitted to rent out my house?

Sure. There's nothing to prevent you from legally renting out your house. However, if you owe monies to a judgment creditor, the judgment creditor has the right to apply to the court for an assignment order (basically directly the rent monies to be paid to the judgment creditor). This is not automatic, but it is a "risk" you face.
